- BEC Headquarters have achieved the provisional Platinum rating under the BEAM Plus Assessment of
existing buildings, after upgrading of green features to the building. It was the first

Energy Saving
- Replaced one conventional air-cooled chiller to oil-free variable speed air-cooled chiller
- Replaced T8 fluorescent tubes with LED panels
- Installed photo and occupancy sensors to reduce the energy use of the lighting system
