• We use energy-efficient hardware and equipment in our data center. We choose types of servers with advanced technology that allows significantly cutting down on power and resources used. Example will be “Speed Stepping” technology which allows much less power draw and heat generation in our processors.
• One of our criteria for choosing data centers is energy efficient with occupancy sensors in the building to optimize their required air temperature control to minimize power consumption.

Committed to actively promoting environmental policies in any form

• Digitalize communication both inside and outside our organization to reduce paper usage. Set monthly paper usage below 200 pieces.
• Use electronic devices to share information and material during meeting to avoid printing unnecessary paper.
• Highly encourage recycled paper in our office. Set double-side printing as default.
• Encourage staff to reduce wastage and do more recycling. (3Rs policy is in place)
• Choose office design that makes better use of glass to allow more sunlight streaming into office.
• Adopt five-day work week policy to reduce office energy consumption.

Strive to reduce power consumption, and improve energy efficiency

• Use energy efficient electrical appliances. Continuously monitor energy consumption.
• Regular maintenance of air conditioning system to ensure the best energy saving situation.
• Set out the room temperature at 25 degree as suggested by government to avoid over usage of air conditioning.
• Idle energy consuming appliances will be turned off.

Regularly promote the awareness of sustainable development to our staff

• Encourage the usage of public transport system, reducing carbon emission.
• Share interesting energy saving newsfeed and articles to our staff regularly so as to increase their awareness, and make sure all our staff can comply our company’s environmental policy guidance.
• Encourage our staff to join environmental programs in different forms. Staff are eligible to apply for one day paid leave each month for joining approved environmental activates.
• Encourage smart dressing, except for formal meeting with clients, to reduce usage of air-conditioning.

Adopt environmental friendly purchase

• Only choose office furniture and equipment that will not harm our environment.
• Our office design is in simple style to avoid unnecessary disposal of office equipment during office relocation.
