The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing, hosted a Hong Kong session in the China Pavilion at the 23rd session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP23) in Bonn, Germany, yesterday (November 15, Bonn time) to showcase Hong Kong's efforts in combating climate change.
